In February 2023, Zheneng Electric Power strategically invested in Jolywood, propelling Jolywood into a new stage of rapid development. With comprehensive support from Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group in terms of empowerment and resources, Jolywood will experience new leaps in organizational transformation, management improvement, overseas expansion, and investment breadth.

Established in 2001, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group (ZEG) headquartered in Hangzhou, which is mainly engaged in the fields of electric power source construction, electric &thermal powergeneration, development, trading &circulation of oil, coal and naturalgas as well as energy- related technology, service and finance etc.
Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group owns four domestically listed A-share companies, including Zheneng Electric Power, Ningbo Marine, Zhejiang Energy, and Jolywood, as well as a Singapore-listed company, Zhejiang Jinjiang Environment. It serves as the leading force in the development of the energy industry and energy cooperation under the guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

Since its establishment, the Company has won many honors, such as Key High-TechEnterprises of National Torch Plan, National Green Factories, and National Specialized, Refined, Unique and Novel "Little Giant" Enterprises. it is the vice-president unit of Jiangsu Photovoltaic Industry Association and has development laboratory platforms such as National CNAS Accreditation Laboratory, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD, TÜV Nord, the American UL Witness Laboratory, and Jiangsu Thin Film Engineering Technology Research Center.
